i like here. beautiful place, beautiful view. good english manager, and you can ask him any questions for advise anytime through whatsapp.

I think it is high class in Nha Trang, not far to town, not far from airport. very helpful to give good advise for any travel places. house is new, clean, beautiful pool, and good room services.
Good taste breakfast, good coffee. they can help anything, even rent motorbike, call taxi or car, restaurants reserved. Nice and polite. here also provide very good seaview of pearl island with Cable car.
Be honest, of course price is not cheap and around hotel have much engineering project nearby.

Posted 2 Oct 2018 on Hotels管家英文水平好，可用wechat 直接溝通，即使身在外邊遇到問題用wechat 詢問，通常都會即時回答。
最喜歡早餐安排，每天早上約定的時間，管家連同幾位員工到villa即時炮製，同行有兩位幼童，都會特別詢問或提意適合的食物，讚！所有員工都非常好笑容。
通常villa 地理都偏離市區，但有管家幫助call的士，每次出入都好順利，的士按跳表計，管家會告訴我們車程大概車資，最後離開一程到機場連行理需要call兩架的士，還懂得替我們爭取更平的車資！
唯一有小小失望就是入住villa時，露台，泳池正前方向是都工地，很多工人在施工，不影響視線景觀，但感覺會有小小不方便！
因為這區域都是不同的villa, 亦有很多正興建中！感覺是新區，眼見已落成的villa都好新！期待下次再來的時後所有工程已完成！
整體非常滿意，管家的服務蓋過所有其他不足！
