Overall very good

Overall very good, Micheal service very good, tries to accomodate and do things for guests to keep them happy. Only drawback upper story rooms very thin matted walls, so can basically hear your neighbors, so downstairs recommended having concrete brick walls.

dear sir/madam, it is michael from dream house and thank you so much for the very nice recommendation and we are very happy that you had the nice stay here and we upgraded the down stair rooms last raining season and it is more comfortable than before and we enlarged the restaurant on the roof top and it has the nice breeze everyday for breakfast. we are planning to fix the air con for the down stair rooms soon and we have the full staff now and they can take care of the guest properly and we grew up the golden bamboo on the fence and the bamboo trees would be the very nice room view later. anyway thank you so much for the nice stay and we ar so sorry for any inconveniences here and we are always trying to upgrade this place so there will be many changes every year and we would like to see you again and we wish you will have the nice vacation again. best regards, michael (owner)

Nice hotel close to beach

Such a great experience! Everyone on staff was very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

dear sir/madam, it is michael from dream house and thank you for the recommendation and we would like to see you again here because we are improving this place every year and even now we fixed the four wifi connection and air con for down stair rooms already and we plan to fix the water heater very soon and we are really sorry for any inconveniences and but we always take care to update the allotments but sometime we could not be done in time because of the poor internet connection however we always found out the better room for the guest conveniences anyway we will be very careful next time and thanks for your kind understanding. best regards, michael (owner)

Familiäre Atmosphäre, das ganze Team sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leckeres Frühstück, Wasserspender, Tee- und Kaffeeecke mit Cheroots (lokale Zigarillos). Standort des Guesthouse auf einer Anhöhe, verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Gut luftige Zimmer, daher Aircon überflüssig. Leider etwas hellhörig. Chillout-Veranda und Restaurant mit Blick ins Grüne. Aus unseren geplanten zwei Wochen wurden dann vier...!

Meilleur rapport qualite/prix du coin . Sypathique proprio . Petit déjeuner birman varié. Plage accessible en10-15 minutes à pied . Autobus te laisse et reprend à la porte . Eau froide seulement dans la douche . (Pas si froide que ça )

Hatte einen traumhaften Aufenthalt. Das Personal spricht recht wenig Englisch aber sie sind sehr benüht und machen einen guten Service. Die Lage ist total ruhig,auch wenn man einige Minuten Fußweg bis zum Strand braucht. Tolles Preisleistungsverältniss.

少し坂を上りますがバスターミナル？(私が使ったバス会社のターミナルからは徒歩5分)からもタウンからも(徒歩10分)近くて立地はいいです。ただ、お湯が出なかったり(シャワーの水も水道水ではなさそうでした)、Wi-Fiが弱かったり、停電になったりとやや日本人には不便さを感じるかもしれません。値段だけであれば十分だと思います。

dear valued customer, it is michael from dream house and thank you so much for the recommendation and we were upgrading this guest house and restaurant as much as possible here since started so we have 24 hours electricity here and even the other guesthouse run the generator for night time only and we have 24 hours wifi connection even the others don't fix it at high prices places but we are waiting for better connection from company right now and we have the free coffee and tea, hot water and drink water anytime even the other sell them for money everywhere and we have many kinds of services like that better than others places and all the cheap prices compare to the other places here so we believed this place would be the best place ever in ngwe saung beach here and there is no reason to have hot water for this kinds of cheap prices guesthouse here because we have no government electricity yet anyway thank you so much for the stay and everything and we wish you have a nice vacation. best regards, michael (owner)

Decent Place

The check-in and check-out process went quite smoothly. There was a different hot breakfast each day. Tours can be arranged through a staff member with very good English. The WiFi is decent but the walls are very thin and there is no hot water for the shower. Mosquito nets help keep them away while sleeping. There is no private parking though. We had to park our car in front of the guesthouse overnight.
