The Leela Kovalam is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The hotel staff go over and beyond to make your stay and experience a very comfortable one. The dining experience is also fantastic where you get to savour local Kerala delicacies. This place is highly recommended whilst visiting Trivandrum.

Beautiful property. A bit older, but well maintained. Great staff and service and food

I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous property! From the time we checked in, to our checkout, we were treated like royalty! The front office manager Reshma T. Made our entire stay very pleasant and was always available with a helping hand! A new intern by the name of Olivia brought a smile to our faces each time she greeted us warmly! The dining was amazing and the sightseeing around the property left us totally captivated! Kerala is truly God’s own country!

The location, the food and service are top class. Would stay there again. So many choices of nutritious, healthy and tasty vegetarian food in every meal. Walk to the beach is a bonus.
The staff are not being themselves when on the job; the customers and the upper management don’t seem to treat the hard working staff well; they are being treated like robots. This issue is not particular to this property but applicable to many other resorts.
