Toilet did not flush. Only hot water at night at sink. Only cold water in morning at sink. Shower was fine.

The room was clean and well lit with everything I needed. Couldn't find the ice machine the first night but that was ok. I just didn't look far enough for it.

Frigid

I booked at 4p because of an ice storm that night in my area (and I needed to travel near this hotel the next morning which is an hour from my house). I arrived about 9:45p. The check-in lady said "give it a few minutes to warm up." The room was FRIGID and not that much warmer than outside despite the fact that they knew I was coming for hours and prepaid. I used the hairdryer to warm myself about 15-20 minutes per hour over the next four hours until the room warmed enough to fall asleep. I try to support small businesses but this was ridiculous. I won't stay here again.

Thank u for your stay.we don’t know what part of the stay was not satisfied , because after check in ambulance was called as someone with you had a medical issue in 15 min you were gone and may me after 3 or 4 hrs the room key was dropped in the office for check out . You hardly spent 15 min in the room. We appreciate your feedback.
