It's ok for the money

Toilet did not flush. Only hot water at night at sink. Only cold water in morning at sink.
Shower was fine.

The room was clean and well lit with everything I needed. Couldn't find the ice machine the first night but that was ok. I just didn't look far enough for it.

Frigid
Posted 24 Jan 2024 on HotelsI booked at 4p because of an ice storm that night in my area (and I needed to travel near this hotel the next morning which is an hour from my house). I arrived about 9:45p. The check-in lady said "give it a few minutes to warm up." The room was FRIGID and not that much warmer than outside despite the fact that they knew I was coming for hours and prepaid. I used the hairdryer to warm myself about 15-20 minutes per hour over the next four hours until the room warmed enough to fall asleep. I try to support small businesses but this was ridiculous. I won't stay here again.

Thank u for your stay.we don’t know what part of the stay was not satisfied , because after check in ambulance was called as someone with you had a medical issue in 15 min you were gone and may me after 3 or 4 hrs the room key was dropped in the office for check out . You hardly spent 15 min in the room. We appreciate your feedback.
