We would have liked more hanging hooks in the bathroom as the weather was wet at times and we had a lot to dry.

Gem of a Hotel in Cornwall
Posted 16 Oct 2023 on HotelsGreat Hotel with the best staff. Room was stunning with a sea view . We even went for a dip in the heated pool. Breakfast was very tasty and such big portions .

Towels on floor were not changed.

Thank you for your 5 star rating and we apologise that there was a misunderstanding with regard to the towels not being changed. We do ask guests to leave their towels in the bath/shower if fresh ones are required. It appears our housekeeping team took this too literally and this is the reason they were hung up on the heated towel radiator. We are sorry for this misunderstanding.
