Room was filthy. No rags or towels. No one at ftont desk. Wifi didnt work. Heat didnt work.

Not a Palace or pleasant stay

The property manager has terrible customer service. Rooms are not what is advertised. Half of the stove works, bathroom and room is in need of cosmetic repairs. Pest control also needed!

The smell was horrible , everything was old , sticky floor, hole in the wall and also a lot of sparkle spots

The place was horrible. It was so consumed by Tabasco smoke I couldn’t stay even in the “smoke free rooms”
