The staff and service are excellent! It's not easy running a hotel, but the owners are hard working people and they try hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For all the negative comments out there, you know in advance that you're not booking a 5-star hotel. The property is old, so it appears dirty, but the bed and sheets are clean and the mattress is not bad. There are no evidence of bed bugs. We needed more towels during our stay and they were happy to give us more. The free breakfast is the standard one that is offered at the other hotels.

Property in unsafe condition. Drains in hallway lose and covered by wet floor triangle. Floor dirty. Broken picture frames on walls. Fire alarm missing. Only wires sticking out of wall. Toilet would not flush most of the time. Had to fill tanks with small cup from sink. Drawer fronts broken and just hanging there. Definitely do not recommend this chain.

Hotel looks nice and clean from the outside however they have roaches in their rooms.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Room smelt musty. Dirty sheets with stains and two different dogs hair. The cracks of the door you could see through. As I was complaining so we’re 3 other guests.

Easy parking and no safety issues. Check in was easy and quick. The elevator needs to be inspected and may need repair. It makes a significant noise when operating. The sink water piping had some trapped air and this caused a water surge and discolored water when the sink was first operated. It did clear up after running for short period of time.
