Hotel room is very clean. But hotel hasn’t provide refrigerator in the room. It isn’t convenient.

It's right in the middle of the city center yet secluded. There's easy access to stores and restaurant. It is a very safe area and the staff has been extremely kind and welcoming.

Arrived at checkin only to be told that the facilities which had been advertised and for which I had paid to use - the bar and restaurant - were closed because they were hiring it to a private party. So hotel residents were not allowed to use the hotel facilities - totally disgraceful especially as no alternative or compensation was offered.

Parking was easy location fantastic the bar closed very early. Food was nice. The rooms were far too hot. They came very quickly to adjust the air-conditioning for us, but it didn’t seem to make a lot of difference. I think I might have been better, but overall if I was going back to Newport, I definitely stay in the hotel.

Hotel was great once you got inside not sure about the surroundings . Had a great view of the river from our bedroom. The pillows were so comfortable. Room a bit hot and couldn’t open the window but apart from that it was great would stay there again

Very spacious and clean..the room service is superb …the welcoming environment It would also be nice to have a microwave in rooms as there’s no lunch and dinner at the hotel
