It is an apartment complex. We were in a full apartment, kitchen, separate bedroom, living room and balcony. There is a main office area, and a restaurant but the hours didn’t work while we were there. It was rainy and cool so that effected out stay. But, it is an absolutely beautiful part of the coast. Gorgeous beach on the Pacific, very interesting bay area that was full of Sea Lions. You get into the town over a huge beautiful bridge. I would absolutely recommend this town and the apartment was great, there weas also a laundry facility which was great.

When we stayed it was 70 degree weather…who could complain! Bay views were amazing! We love crabbing off the private doc and a clean bbq was a nice amenity. Easy walk to the bay front for dining and novelty shopping. We stay here 2-3 times a year and never disappoints. We definitely prefer the suites with a kitchen. Wish there were more rooms that would allow small pets.

Our room was comfortable and well appointed . We loved the view from our balcony of the bridge & bay .
The only drawback was that breakfast /brunch was not offered until 10 am - so we missed out on that because we wanted to check out the parks before the weather turned rainy .

Lights didnt work.
And we were locked in pool area and had to break down door to get out.
