Had to come out for work, and this was no more than 10 minutes from my office. I’m so glad I picked this, because the staff was accommodating, the room was perfect, and the area is beautiful. 5 minute walk to the water maximum, and 2-3 minute walk max from different places to eat. Traffic isn’t bad at all, and the area never got loud. When I come back out for work, I will absolutely be choosing this amazing inn again!

This place is all about location. You can walk to all the best Newport bars in minutes. We had a balcony room, highly recommend.

We came to California for a funeral, but I needed to stay near the beach. It was perfect for this. The location is 2 blocks from the ocean. It is small with only 18 rooms, which was perfect. It felt small and cozy. The room was clean and they cleaned our room the second day. The price was perfect for being near the beach and the service.
