We really enjoyed our stay, just disappointed that we paid over £200 for treatments but wasn’t given any access to the spa facilities.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely area, perfect for visiting all attractions in Newmarket. Staff friendly, welcoming and efficient. Delicious breakfast and very pleasant bar area in the evening. Would definitely stay here again

Very pleasant stay. Service was good. Sraff was very friendly. Maybe next time we use swimming pool.

Terrible. Never had such bad customer service. Checked out at 11am and went to go for a swim. Was told at 11.05am that we couldn’t use the pool as we had just checked out. Asked if we just just shower as we hadn’t in our room. Was refused. Spoke to duty manager who also said no. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in any setting. Had to drive home >200 miles without a shower. Will never go near this place again. Staff worse than Ryanair’s.
