The ONLY negative thing is there is no breakfast! This is a big thing for me, they give you a voucher to redeem at their friends café tho

Dear Deborah,Thank you for the great review. Yes our breakfasts are out-sourced at the acclaimed cafe' The Olive Tree' in the centre of the village where an extensive menu is on offer catering for all tastes. This is clearly advertised on all booking channels at the time of making a reservation. The 'voucher' provided allows guests to time the breakfast to suit individual needs and we have received glowing reports of the quality of the produce and friendly service. This is a fabulous property if you want to be completely off the beaten track. There is no dining available and breakfast is offered in a different location. The town has only 2 places to eat which get booked quickly. Overall it was a good place to stop on our way home but personally I would only stay for 1 night maximum.

A beautiful house in a stunning location
Posted 15 Apr 2023 on HotelsThis really is a fantastic find with friendly helpful hosts , nothing was too much trouble and the house itself is amazing . The weather wasn't kind to us so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the beautiful gardens but hopefully we can put that right at some point in the future . Breakfast at The Olive Tree was just a short walk/drive away and was tasty and plentiful and we couldn't resist buying a couple of cakes for later ! All in all , a lovely break , thank you so much

Excellent property very spacious room big bathroom, good breakfast, evening meal booked in by host, ended up in local bar with host after meal great stay

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Michael and Jane were excellent hosts. Highly recommend and we will definitely be staying again.
