The guy who checked us in was lovely, other than that the staff in reception were either rude or unhelpful. We were given a complimentary late check out and the next morning two members of staff argued with us that we hadn’t. Didn’t end up paying for it but doesn’t feel like the customer is priority. During check in we had to wait a long time as the lovely guy was on his own. At least 3 staff members saw the queue and ignored it and left him to it.

Stay was perfect for two nights in Newcastle, room was nice, only problem was room wasn't turned over after first night, my partner couldn't make the trip so just used the extra towels on the second morning.

The hotel itself was very nice, just woke early to the building work at the back of hotel

Superb hotel only one problem we never got fed in hotel as staff we're not up to task . breakfast awesome and yes it's an amazing place ..
