Great place to stay with family

The apartment was scrupulously clean. We've stayed here three times over the last couple years and they have always been really clean. The deco is modem and still in excellent order. Parking is great..right on the front door and it's only a short walk into the city..a fantastic place to stay when visiting the city

Good location in leafy suburb of Jesmond. 10-15 minute walk to several excellent restaurants, 15-20 minute walk to central city, Metro Station nearby. Parking on-site. Check in was stressful - all done by phone and codes. Very little information on Newcastle in room regarding where to find restaurants, shops, transport options, etc. Receptionist/security available only 8pm-8am so no-one to ask. No instructions for washing machine/dryer.

No longer a great place to stay :(

We have stayed here many times before and have been very happy on each occasion - hence returning - but after our recent stay, we will not be visiting again. The ownership of the apartments had changed a few weeks prior to our stay and so on arrival we found that there was no-one to welcome us and check us in, no 24 hour reception, no complimentary breakfast service (as there always had been), no sky TV (as there always had been), no free parking (as there always had been) and no servicing of the apartment, so our tea, coffee, toiletries, loo roll etc were not replenished. We could however, have a breakfast hamper for £19 and have the room serviced for £25! Worst of all we weren't advised of any of this in advance to be able to change our booking, so all the free services we expected, we didn't receive. The owners claim that you have all the convenience and service of a hotel but this simply isn't true - there is actually no service at all! I complained to Hotels.com and they fobbed me off saying I should contact Dream Apartments direct, but on doing this, I have been ignored and they have even had the grace to reply to me about our experience. Do beware when reading Tripadvisor or hotels.com reviews that anything posted before May 2019 is not an accurate reflection of the service you will now receive and the experience you will have when staying here. We are really sorry about this change of service as we have always loved staying here, but won't do so again.

Well appointed apartment. Everything provided for a comfortable stay. Kitchen v well equipped . Very friendly & helpful reception staff. Unfortunately there was a continuous loud drone from the hot water tank sited in cupboard adjacent to the bedroom which did affect sleep.

Amazing apartment

Amazing apartment hotel with lots of space, and lovely little touches which made us feel at home. We also left something at the hotel which was very kindly sent back to us, thank-you. We will definitely be staying again!

Great value for money, taxi ride close to everything. Clean and spacious room. Even put some milk and water in your fridge for you. Sky sports also on tv was a big plus while waiting to go out.
