The staff were brilliant. The ladies on reception were friendly & welcoming & the member of staff at breakfast was lovely. The breakfast was plentiful & tasty. The location was perfect for everything- 10 mins walk from the station, shops & restaurants.

Great location and great hotel , turned up early and room was ready . Location is perfect and the staff are great and very friendly. Definitely stay again .

Great place to stay in the city centre. Nicely presented hotel, lovely staff in reception, fabulous location (easy walk from train station, loads of bars and restaurants nearby, easy walk to St James’s Park) and good value for money. Will definitely stay there again if visiting Newcastle and would recommend to friends and family.

Lovely boutique style hotel and loved the decor of Leila Lily’s attached bar/restaurant, great food!

Sadly the room was very tired looking and could have been cleaner. The staff in the hotel were great but the room needs some tlc
