The leisure centre was great. The swimming pool was clean, although the water could have been just slightly cooler. Happy hour in the bar Sunday to Thursday was a pleasantry, with £3 beers. The hotel is in a great location and close to lots of good value restaurants. Hotel staff were very helpful.

Very disappointing noise all night very unsafe stay away

Excellent hotel, excellent staff. Very well recommended. Nice area of North East as well. Enjoyed my brief stay

Booked last minute for an overnight stay on the bank holiday weekend with friends. Clean, comfortable & convenient. Met our needs, would be happy to book in here again for an overnight stay.

We had a nice, spacious room and we enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. Staff were all pleasant and helpful and the pool was lovely.

Rooms need updating pool good clean areas Good choice for Breakfast but cooked breakfast was cold

Would like a refund please, check in time was 4pm got our room no bother, got in no remote for tv so had to go down , he says he couldn't find the remote for the tv that was in our room , he had to speak to manger to change rooms waited nearly half an hour , moved rooms we got downgraded to single room which we had already payed for a standard double , we weren't happy so another half an wait for another room which was ok, just think absolutely disgrace the time we waited about, had a table booked for 5.30 for food which we had to cancel as didn't get sorted in to another room till 6pm,
