24 hour check in with efficient service especially as I arrived in the early morning from a delayed flight

Friendly helpful staff, drinks prices at bar and expensive , room was far too hot on arrival and still after leaving the window open.we all struggled with sleep. Food however was good and good value

Hotel very tired and in need of maintenance. Lights not working in our room and very shabby. Young team of staff appeared to be overstretched. Food in the restaurant was awful-worst Sunday carvery I’ve ever had. Location ideal for easy access to the airport but Corporate Management need to invest money to bring it up to two/three star condition. It’s currently 0 star rating.

The floor was soaking but it was such a late checkin we just got into bed. But we could not walk on the carpet without putting our shoes on. This had not just happened as it smelt when we walked in.
