The care of the associate on our arrival. We were late and the nunber to reach us was not in the system correctly. She was genuinely concerned and happy we were safe.

Really like this hotel. We have stayed here 3 times to and from Colorado. Very clean and service was good. Room is roomy and comfortable. The food and service in Grazers was excellent too. We will stay here again on other trips.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful except the sleeping experience. The beds are so hard and the pillows are not worth calling pillows. Other than that, it's a great hotel.
