Great place for a family with 2 separate rooms & 2.5 bathrooms… makes life very easy

Nice location and very quiet. Spacious apartment.
Needs a few items fixed/replaced. Worn out couch. Curtain held on with zip tie! Cleaning left a bit to be desired.
