The property was newish and modern designed but our rooms were so dusty....we moved a chair and the dusty that came off it was ridiculous. My husband, and myself suffer from a dust allergy so we both didn't sleep well as she kept sneezing. Along with the music from the park across the road was sooooo loud. They had some musician on and the music during the breaks was so loud that our kids couldn't get to sleep. Our shower had mold on the floor corners too. Pretty average experience and won't be recommending or staying at this particular venue again.

What an amazing place to stay!.. we will deifnatly stay again beautiful rooms,beautiful food, and fabulous cocktails with a beautiful view looking over newcastle

The hotel had everything you needed and we were really happy with the room which had a beautiful view. The service was a bit more relaxed than what you would expect from a 5 star hotel but it didn’t bother us at all. We’ll be back when we’re in town.

lovely hotel that is a nice fitout of an old govt block and well done. very comfortable bed and nice room. The water pressure is not great though

Amazing space in a beautiful historic building. Will be back to take advantage of the dining options next time.

Whilst the property is lovely and the roof top bar is fantastic, the noise from the pub next door is terrible. When I complained twice about this, I was informed that " we normally warn people on check in" - too late when you have paid for the room!
