Had slight problem finding it. When Macquarie Rd mentioned cleared problem.
Mgt here are good always willing to improve Customer Service & adjust for inconvenience.

It is basically a 3-star motel, the problem is, they charge a 5-start motel rate. Skimping on everything: toilet cistern set to one quarter; no cutlery or crockery in the rooms.

This motel was close to the event we were attending so was perfect for our purpose. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable.

Beautiful spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants/cafes. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended this property if you are planning to visit Cardiff
