The innkeeper was very welcoming and the inn is both comfortable and low-key. The perfect spot to make your base for both walking to Newburyport’s many attractions or easy day trips in the area.

Such a peaceful atmosphere, charming. Attention to details and comfort of guests. Kim was welcoming and pleasant and made you feel right at home.
Highly Recommend a stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Great getaway with private fireplace
Posted 18 Feb 2024 on HotelsGreat location, walking distance to everything. Allows us a zero stress gateway with off street parking, three room suites, common areas for socializing and private area with the fireplace. We bring extra duraflame logs.

The innkeeper Kim was as sweet as could be - very accommodating to our needs. Put out treats in the evening and a delicious breakfast in the morning. She is truly an asset to the inn! Our room was clean and very comfortable - we will definitely be back!
