Very convenient to access main trunk road through Newbury and very close to the town centre. Large carpark behind the hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was great. Excellent value for money.

Room needed a little spruce up , but for the price there is no complaints at all, really happy with what we got for the money . Would stay there again no problem, friendly , easy access to town . Great town . Warm , comfortable ,

Curtains was mouldy
The lamps were stained
The stair banister wobbly
The carpets was dirty
Tv was small and bad service
Radiators couldn’t turn off
Bathroom was dirty with mould on the ceilings and walls

Had a great night stay in this hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff and good value for money, specially with breakfast included in price.
