Watch your credit card charges
Posted 9 Jan 2024 on HotelsWe visit family each year for Christmas and discovered this place last year. The hotel is new and very clean. My warning is watch your credit card charges. We travel with our pet and we’re charged 3 times for our pet fee and each charge was for a different amount. The explanation was that the front desk person was new which I can understand. My biggest complaint is that when I asked what the issue was with the credit card charges I was given the run around by the front desk, general manager until I kept pushing for an explanation. Thanks to the accounting personnel for giving an actual explanation and correcting the issue. We’ll see if we stay next year!
