The staff that worked in the office were very nice. I had to complain that we had no housekeeping twice. The third time I just said forget it. I waited 15 minutes for ice to come out of the machine and got nothing. On the property we actually saw two people on a mattress on the grass sleeping! It was unbelievable. I will never return. The icing on the cake is we saw a used condem on the floor under the sink in our room.we won’t talk about the 3 people that tried to open our door. I truly believe they just had the wrong room number but each time I opened the curtain and it was then they realized the had the wrong room. I have never in all my years of traveling had such a bad experience. .

noisy, smelly, no running water for a few hours & when water turned back on, brown water was coming out of the faucet and shower. Would never return back here.

One bath towel for four days two people Toilet lid would not stay up Small bathroom Noisy bathroom fan Lights in stairs not on until late at night All rooms outdoor access not represented on website

This was the worst and most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at.

Couldn't use our key for the door when we came back to our room. People living there which was fine but drugs were going on.

The staff is absolutely amazing! The rooms, not so much. They’re clean and comfortable but the air conditioner was not at all consistent. The bed definitely needs replacing and the bathroom is super small. The hot water only works in the mid afternoon, otherwise it’s ice shower.

At check-in, I was greeted with: “Have you paid for the reservation? We’re full. All unpaid reservations have been cancelled. There are no rooms available.” I planned to pay on arrival, but the credit card was already billed. This is the 1st time I had to pay an additional deposit on the credit card of $100 for possible damages. I hope I get it back.
