The room was clean and comfortable with a great walk in shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant right across the parking lot and others within a short drive which is convenient and it is not far off the highway which we appreciated after a long day of traveling. Breakfast is included.

Room wasn’t “refreshed” but noticed that my shoes were moved to the other side of the room. Very strange. Who entered the room to move the shoes but did not refresh the room? On our last full day, housekeeping knocked at 3:45pm to come in and I just asked at this point to just empty 2 wastebaskets and I was told no. I then requested again speaking Spanish to the housekeeper who seemed surprised and quickly said yes and took the small wastebaskets I handed to her so she can take the plastic bags from it. My family was in the room and she attempted to go by me to enter and I blocked her from entering and closed the door as she did not speak and why come in if the room is occupied? Very disappointed with the service and felt not safe.

Friendly staff, nice clean hotel. Was in a handicap accessible room, but found it odd that it had no closet or place to hang clothes, otherwise a nice stay
