My first room had 2 dirty bedframes/platforms, mold around the tub/shower, mold under the soap dish, and the cabinet where the refrigerator sat had what looked like leakage from the refrigerator.
My second room had food that was thrown up on the wall and the curtains - same issue with mold in the bathroom, the tub must have been clogged as it took 10 minutes to drain after my ankle-deep shower. And again...food on the bed frame/platform. There were sunflower shells and wrappers in the windowsill.
For the whole time I stayed there, there was a spill in the 1 working elevator that noone cleaned up.

Friendly staff at the front desk and great location. I appreciated that it was pet friendly. Door to parking lot and pet area was never opened and when I asked the maintenance guy if he was opening it, I got snarky response. My dog discovered lots of leftover “stuff” in the room, like lighter and broken pieces of furniture under the bed. Since parking lot door wasn’t open the only convenient and open parking was for diamond club members. Only one elevator was working and it was beyond slow.
