Disappointing
Posted 27 Jun 2023 on HotelsNot good. Olga on reception was very nice and helpful. There was a problem with the WiFi in my room and she moved me immediately to another room. Overall the hotel is very worn and drab. Strong smell of weed in the corridors and loud parties running well into the night on several nights. Aircon was great and hot water worked well.

Always stay at the Union Hotel because I used to live in Park Slope and my adult daughter still does.

This hotel is in very poor condition. The sheets were stained and had burn holes in them, the pillows were flat and also severely stained. The mattress had a hole down the middle of it with bent springs sticking up. The shower did not drain. There was only one small, thin towel provided and one bath mat. There was no room cleaning and we ran out of toilet paper.

Filled with smoke, dirty hallways, no towels, no sheets, dirty pillows & blanket, no ac or heat, sensors broken off of other rooms, drug deals happening inside.

Although; the hotel was close to the main avenues, I had concerns.
I was a very late arrival and stayed for only a few hours. Bed sheets and comforter were not washed. The pillows were very dirty and very old. There was only one dirty towel in the bathroom.

Booked based on images, was not impressed when we arrived.
The hotel had stained linens, and the springs inside the bed had definitely seen their best days a long time ago. Not a good sleep.
The walls were like paper and the atmosphere was quite noisy.
The hair dryer was broken and there was not even a holder for the toilet paper.
Not worth the money, not worth the stay.
This is not the place to go.
