The hotel is convenient to Times Square and Broadway; it's directly across the street from Birdland. Staff are friendly and helpful. It does get pretty crowded during breakfast, but the wait wasn't terrible and there was always plenty of food with several hot and cold options to choose from.
The single elevator does get fairly busy at times, but it was never too bad. Rooms are cozy, but the size could become an issue if you have more than a couple of suitcases. They made good use of the available space, but as you'd expect there's not a lot of storage.
Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay here again.

I liked that my room had a small kitchen and it allowed me to eat the food I like:). The personnel was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Definitely will come back!

The employees of this hotel are very friendly and explain like what the deposit working and the process. The room is clean and comfortable. Water is warm and we have a really nice sleep.

The staff went above and beyond in a accommodating early check-in request and then called to check in on us. They were so nice and thoughtful. Michael was especially helpful.

Great location, close enough to walk to a lot of places. Parking garage right next door was a huge plus!
