We had a good stay at this property. Staff was pleasant and room was clean and comfortable. Not the quietest at night (outside noise), but it is NYC. Would stay here again.

Pink mold on shower head, tub did not drain water , no microwave or refrigerator. Hard to find parking.

I enjoyed the location of it, but not how there was work going on around it, making it feel unsafe.

the hotel staff's customer service was awesome. Everyone was friendly and they brought our request in less than 5 min. the hotel was very clean. didn't see any bugs. i see the staff cleaning every day. As far as the room goes. I was very tight and small for 4 people but cozy enough for 2 individuals. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone? Yes, I definitely will but if you are looking for a bigger room then I wouldn't. We enjoyed our stay. there was always somebody at the front desk and they were all friendly. i would give this hotel 4 out of 5 star. the hotel is conveniently close to little Italy and china town. plenty of shops and dining in the area. I would stay here again when we come back to New York

The hotel is in a great location, easy walking to shops, restaurants, Little Italy and Chinatown. The staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. Thanks to Keith and Roger that did all they could to accomodate us. Will stay there again on my next visit to the City.

Really enjoyed the neighborhood and friendly staff. The only drawback was no mini-fridge in the room.
