Room is soooo small and Unbelievable room service charged $35 each time!!!!

It’s a good location but for the price it’s very very small (nyc for you I guess) but the hotel should at least keep the rooms in better conditions to compensate. Also they won’t clean your room or give you new sheets unless you pay extra. Kinda wack no gonna lie. The staff was very cordial and very attentive. Overall not a bad service just wish they made it more worth it for people to come

Overall good experience. The room temperature was way too hot and you cannot control the temperature from the thermostat. The bunk bed room should have had a little shelf on the top bunk as a nightstand. Also the parking information given in the check in email is incorrect. The closest garage charges $90 a day not 45.

Excellent value for money. Quiet and clean, loads of great options nearby. Would definitely stay here again.
