The room was dusty. The furnishings were poorly maintained and the bed was uncomfortable.

Upon checking in, we were shocked to find that they do not have air conditioners in the hotel. I cannot imagine what it feels like in the summer because even on a 55° day 17 floors up, we were pretty toasty with just opening the windows. We got a king size room. The beds are the old spring, beds, and Desperately need to be replaced. The bathtub would’ve been lovely. It was deep and nice, except for it drained extremely slow, and the bathtub had been patched not professionally. It looked very Jenkee was very scratchy. I would not even get in it. With all the staff was very kind, cheerful, etc.

This property was dirty. The walls were stained and chipped. There was mold on the ceiling and between the tiles in my shower. Half of the equipment in the gym was unusable or not connected to power. There were no towels, water or wipes in the gym. You should be embarrassed to have this properly on your platform. It is easily one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I wrote a comment on your website and received no response so your customer service is less than impressive as well.
