Great location, easy walking distance to everything in midtown. Clean spacious room.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything I called down for was brought up immediately. I don’t think it should be a 4 star though. The place was clean but very worn down and poorly kept.

Cuando hicimos el check-in verificamos que la habitación estaba muy fría. Cuando reclamamos nos dijeron que estaban en transición y que no había ni calefacción ni aire acondicionado. Los días que estuvimos la temperatura estuvo entre los 6 grados y 14 grados Celsius.
Terminé comprando personalmente dos radiadores que me fueron reintegrados pero luego de pasar una noche helada.
Realmente por el precio que pagamos esperaba un mejor servicio y desde ya que no volveré y enfáticamente no lo recomiendo!

Fantastic location in Manhattan. Large bedroom and bathroom. Helpful staff and 24hr reception. Doesn’t offer free wifi unfortunately.
