The suite was an unusually large space for manhattan. For a couple having a quick weekend getaway, the space to spread out, being walkable to Broadway and adjacent to a subway stop makes this is an ideal location.

Check-in was excellent (shoutout to Scott). We were greeted with bottles of water and had a bottle of Prosecco and toys for my two children waiting for us in the room. Service overall was excellent in all regards. The only item that could potentially be improved is more comfortable beds.

I was not able to check in because my flight to NYC on Delta from Rochester for cancelled. I was disappointed to learn that I will still be charged for the hotel. I was coming to NYC for a work trip and had enough stress driving to a town two hours away to get a flight at 5am tomorrow. I can't speak to the hotel quality but I was really looking forward to my stay and am now out the money through no fault of my own.

Bryant Park Hôtel was an excellent place to stay. Very convenient and Shannen at the front lobby was so friendly and was so welcoming. My granddaughter adored the place and Shannen. Absolutely recommend this place.
