The view from our room was fabulous. Perfect location for visiting friends living in upper east side.

Located near the Queensboro Bridge and the Roosevelt Island Tram, public transportation right outside with the buses and metro stations a few blocks away. Ritz Diner, Lunetta Pizza, and a lot of other places are nearby. Fully recommend staying at The Bentley Hotel.

It was a great stay, first time in New York. I just wish they would of had a restaurant in the hotel. The staff was great and the view was amazing. People were pleasant and we just had a blast. Poped the big question to my lady and she said yes, thanknyou New York.

Quick to resolve issue
Posted 31 Mar 2023 on HotelsI slept very well! The bathroom is my only complaint. Caulking and the bottom of the tub aren’t top notch. I had to call about no hot water but the issue was resolved within 10 minutes of calling it in.

It is near the hospital which is good. There is no fridge, microwave or coffee in the room. It makes it difficult to stay more than one day
