The staff was very accommodating and the room clean and comfortable. It was odd that there wasn’t a bar or restaurant but seemed like there used to be. The place definitely has character. Could use complimentary coffee at least.

It had been since before covid I stayed here. It’s gotten very run down, room wasn’t very clean, no restaurant/coffee on site. The bellman was amazing!!! And the engineer that came to help with a few things wrong in the room. Other than that, would not stay here again.

Very nice helpful lady at the reception check in counter. Arranged Taxi for following morning etc and appreciated her kindness.

i want a refund as i was not able to check in upon arrival. they suggested that i contact expedia for a refund. thank you
