Amazing stay in the prime location
Posted 29 Jan 2024 on HotelsI stayed with my partner here for my birthday and it exceeded any of my expectations. We received a complimentary upgrade of the room and a sweet surprise, which was very pleasant and special.
The room was tidy and the bed was comfortable, all stuff members were helpful and friendly, I want to highlight Antonio who helped us a lot. There’s a parking reservation available really close to the hotel which makes everything easier, don’t forget to book it in advance though. The hotel is going through renovation so some areas are blocked but it didn’t bother us. The location is perfect and there are a lot of great restaurants in the area too.

Comfortable, modern rooms. Showers, fixtures are high end. Free great coffee & tea, water morning bagels/ croissants 24x7. Pleasant modern ambiance. Convenient to train station and midtown with a deli 20 steps away for groceries & lunch. I stay in NYC hotels a lot and will keep Pestana on my preferred list. The rooms aren't big but work for one person on business or two without a lot of luggage

Great staff. Quick fixers when it came to solving problems like need for more towels. Always present & aware & positive. Much appreciated. Loved the music in the lobby!
