In the heart of Midtown but very quiet. Next to Bryant Park, the Library, and GCS. Lovely.

Noisy & much slamming of doors and I was right next to the housekeeping closets and there is a lot of slamming of doors all morning, so I did not get sleep and I got woken up every day and I stayed there for 8 nights

Amazing ! flawless
My stay started a day earlier when Raquel kindly showed me the hotel and the rooms, she was so nice and kind.
The room was clean spotless with a cute welcoming complimentary from the hotel.
The bed sheets are pampering very comfortable mattres.
Front desk were helpful and kind .thank you Harry Kate and everybody else
Location is amazing right on Bryant park 5th avenue and times Square.
I will return!

I give it four stars not five because they have a nice breakfast included before the pendamic but after that they canceled it but the rate for the room it more expensive
