I enjoyed staying at this hotel and would come back. The room and hotel was very nice and had a cute aesthetic overall. It was within walking distance of the subway, train station, and bus station. It was easy for my Uber to pull up to and out. Within walking distance of Empire State building, Time Square, and Korea Town. Also had lots of restaurants, shops, and bakeries like Zeppola Bakery that was very good! The staff was very nice and helpful, they were even able to upgrade my room to check me in early. I felt safe here and would recommend to solo female travelers. The elevator system specifically was a nice safety measure. It wouldn't allow anyone who didn't have a keycard onto the bedroom floors and I believe security was nearby. Some additional perks, they have a restaurant in the same hotel so it was nice If I didn't want to leave and could order pickup, they also had polaroid camera's that I could rent for the day for free. It was a good stay, thank you!

We had a 4 bunk room which was unique and the kids enjoyed it. The bathroom doors were a little weird, they are semi-transparent which provides the silhouette of whoever is in the bathroom... little awkward with a family! Hotel was very clean but room service didn't come and the mini trash cans provided were completely busting at the seems.

Mattress was really hard and uncomfortable, you could hear the music from the club loud and clear.
