I’ve stayed a few times and I am always on a Lowe floor facing a brick wall. it’s New York I get it but they don’t even care I’ve stayed more than once for a slightly better room? Then I found hair and dust in the bathroom, didn’t bother telling anyone because figured they knew they gave me a bad room.

The balcony was giving a really nice view of the city. The room had a great bed with a nice bathroom

Please be aware thatches property has NO services right now! NO restaurant, NO bar, NO rooftop lounge, NO room service, NO doorman. Everything is closed. AND YOU WILL PAY A RESORT FEE!!! Such a disappointment as that is not disclosed.

The young front desk guy with the glasses and the Afro wasn’t the nicest and was very dismissive. It kind of ruined my entire experience. Especially after a long flight. First impression is last impression. It was very uncomfortable check in and rude.
