We LOVED Martnique! Our room was adorable, clean and comfortable. The location is great. And the best part was the staff--they were amazing. The door man, Jose, greeted us on our first day there and set the tone for us to have a fantastic trip. He was so nice and helpful, and he gave us great ideas for what to do in the city while we were there. We'll always stay at Martinique when we're in town.

The room was too way small. For sure was for one person as the bed was twin! Very very noisy hotel! They vacuum the carpet @ 5 pm for 30 min! They woke up me again in early morning on sunday vacuuming carpet again! Overall very bad experience for an very expensive hotel.

This property is right on the subway system and Herald Square, and around the block from Empire State Building. Very good Koreatown restaurants nearby!

It has great location for travel and close to Korean town. The necessary things are well equipped, and I didn't feel any discomfort during my stay. However, there is too much dust in the room, and it charges an additional $40 per day without prior notice. I think guests should be able to know the additional amount when making a reservation.

The place was nice and a great location, but they surprise you with a $47/night extra fee that's "mandatory." This is on top of all the other fees that are charged prior to your arrival. This "surprise" should be included before I commit to staying.

On bookings taking place after April 9th, 2024, a 40 daily mandatory destination charge is in place which includes various benefits including a daily 15 food and beverage credit, premium guest internet access, and other amenities. We try our best to be transparent and do notify this to our guests prior to their booking. We trust this explains the charge and will ensure continued improvements in clarification for our guests.
