The property was well kept it just needs update some of the furniture in the rooms.

Only had to stay one night when we flew into LaGuardia airport so this hotel was a convenient choice. The food was very good and the staff was very nice. The hotel was getting a little bit of an overhaul and there was an issue with using a credit card in the dining area and bar. They were only accepting cash. But they did have ATMs available.

Got an invoice with $30 parking fee charged to my card …I never even used the parking garage .. it was just an assumption and based on that they charged… I had to call and let them know… usually I don’t even look… other than that all ok.

The area around the hotel was scary. Was afraid to go outside.

First room was dirty. Staff told us that their computer said it’s clean, almost like questions us. Second room had been broken into. Broken lock and door. Third room was okay but kids were running up and down the hall midnight.
