The only negative was a very grumpy women on reception. Other than that a great property with nice bar/coffee area good for meetings. Breakfast is great too.

The service was outstanding from beginning to end! Beautiful, clean rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Our server, Eddie, in the Stinger Cocktail Bar was especially good. Would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel next time I’m in New York.

Very close from time square , very professional and friendly staff.i would recommend and stay here again. The 14th floor was very loud , you can hear the sirens and the outside noise in the room . they switched us to the 20th floor and different side of the building and it was better.

This is a lovely hotel. The Stinger restaurant was fabulous and the room itself was clean and very comfortable. It was within walking distance from show venues and shopping. I would stay here again.

I was especially annoyed that with a $400 night rate at the time of check-in. I was informed that I would be charged $35 each day of which just $25 Could be credited towards in hotel purchases like restaurant, room services, etc. This is a mandatory charge. I find it to be rude. Reminds me of flying spirit air or something pay for your seat, pay for your baggage, etc. The more I thought about it, the more annoyed I was with it, and I will not return to the hotel.
