The staff were amazing they made it like home the atmosphere was stunning n the visuals felt like out of a movie would visit here again for sure to another perfect birthday get away

Club next door loud every night. No coffee maker in room. View presented on website misleading. Our Suite view was the Verizon truck parking lot, not the river and cruise ship.

Sunday night stay with a club
below us on the next street— noisy until 11:30!
Great location to the cruise terminal!
Would have been nice to have a coffee/tea kettle in the room!

Great views of sunsets, the Hudson River & cruise ships. Comfortable room with great space. Easy access to all of the sites :)

Hotel need to dining facilities fixed. Rooms should also be ready and available at there advised check in time.

Great location for the cruise port. Roof and restaurant were closed and not mentioned in the website.

Very convenient to the cruise port. Was disappointed that the rooftop bar wasn’t available but that’s a good excuse to go back
