Communication was very good with the office. When we arrived room was ready and clean. Basic amenities was available, enough towels, washing liquid , toilet roll. We had a late check out and the office have a baggage hold facility which was very helpful. The internet is very slow at no fault of the building but they sent maintenance to take a look at it. Room has AC which was great after long shopping sessions to come back to a cool room. Location is very good, right next to all main landmarks so we didn't need taxi really and only used the tube to explore further afield again everything closeby and easy to access. We were a family of 2 adults and 4 children and they had 3 double beds in a studio style layout which worked well for us since we were hardly on the room anyway. Would stay again and a big thank you to the hotel for making our stay go smoothly.

Hotel and the City-Midtown is the best option for tourists visiting NY on a modest budget.
Its location is extremely convenient within walking distance to Times Square an metro station.
You won't find a better option for this price!

A convenient location in New York City. The manager was prompt with his response and the amenities are great for those who travel for more than few days. I’d come back to this hotel for our next trip.
