Air conditioning made an extremely loud noise when it turned on/off waking me up in the middle of the night. Not what I would expect for a $450 a night property. Also they added a suprise "resort fee" of $50 on to the stay. What exactly are the "resort" amenities that I am paying for??

I was promised a credit when checking in and they wouldn’t let us use it for breakfast. Also the restaurant and waitstaff are horrible

The listing said breakfast was included but it was not when we got there. They were giving breakfast credit for $25 but it costs $65 for two people!
