The hotel was nice. Breakfast was good and had a variety and changed it up each day. Housekeeping attention to the kitchen was lacking. The block the hotel is on is dirty and lined with homeless drunk/high people. No matter which direction you come from you have to walk by them.

There ware so clean and good environment to stay.
Free(included?) breakfast helped me to ready for my work.
And, location is perfect.

The hotel was clean and inviting. This area always has so many people living on the street (so sad), although not the fault of the hotel.
Check in is at 4pm and not a minute sooner, I totally get this but would suggest that they stagger the check ins, as there were so many people waiting in the lobby for their rooms.
The provided breakfast was quite good, staff was efficient and pleasant.
