Room is small. Not all electric outlets work. They provide grab and go breakfast. Great location.

We liked that it was convenient to all areas of nyc. Affordable.

Just your average tiny hotel in NYC with insufficient staffing who rushes every step of the way and communicate poorly. But not worse than any other hotel of this low end category. We were told we were ok for late checkout (2pm) but they forgot and disabled the key and then complained that we didn’t double check with them in the morning. But once we pointed out that we don’t read minds and that they need to communicate, they let us stay. Again, average.

After 2 weeks I still haven’t received my deposit back after leaving no mess in the room

Dear Caolan, The Deposit taken at check in will not show back to your bank account as a credit amount, as it was not a charge, just an Authorization Hold on your day of check in April 10th 2024. We release any unused amount of the original hold at checkout, your bank however can take multiple business days to release the original hold, depending on Bank Rules and the type of Card used. See below:US Credit Card - Banks take 3-10 bank business days to release - this will be April 29th 2024. US Debit Card - Banks take 3-15 bank business days to release - this will be May 7th 2024International Credit/Debit Card - Banks take 7-21 bank business days to release - this will be May 15th 2024.If the Original Hold taken on April 10th 2024 is no longer showing on your bank statement, than you deposit has been released.

Lobby is small and old, but rooms are clean and modern enough. Big comfy beds. Downsides were rooms close and could hear so much from other rooms above and to the side, but also from the street. The other thing was I was told breakfast was included but they didn't have that facility
