The room was small and dated. The wallpaper was peeling off in many areas and the curtains were visibly dingy. An elevator stopped working a full day while we were there, which is unacceptable considering there are 35 floors. The elevators have long times because there are very small and slow, yet people will try to squeeze in as much as possible… At least the beds were comfy and no bed bugs.

Great staff! Always so nice and happy to help. The rooms were clean and the location was amazing. Also loved that we were able to stored our luggage because we had a late fly. Only thing I did not like was the entrance. There was always water running and it felt sometimes a little unsafe because there were people loitering that were not hotel guests. Yet, I would have loved to have a microwave in our room. However, it is nice overall and would recommend.

Clean and efficient. Once you get in your room you can close the windows and blocks the noises of the city out. Small room but normal for NY.
