Very good location, subway on same block, room was comfortable and clean. Biggest issue was a broken elevator, there’s only 2 in total, so long waits. I believe the elevator had been out for at least a week.

Nice location. Far enough from Times Square to be quiet, but close enough to walk in 5 minutes

Very small rooms and the shower went from ice cold to scolding hot without an in between. The bed was very uncomfortable and I woke up with back pain every day.

The beds are awful and very uncomfortable. There is limited lighting, one ceiling light by the door and then tiny small lamps, barely any light on the opposite side of the room. The HVAC unit rattles and keeps you up (even after you ask them to fix it). For 3 days they only had one working elevator, sometimes it could take you 5-10min (or more) to get from the top floors to the lobby.
We try to always stay at Hilton's in general but this one has been the worst by far.

Perfect location to subway and walking distance to attractions, shops and eateries.

No soundproofing for doors (you'll hear anything in your hallway). Phone was broken so you would hear the beep sound continuously. Staff were kind and helped hold my baggage after checking out. Decently clean and convenient but not great otherwise.
